You will receive a shipping notification including your invoice on the day of dispatch.
A further shipping notification including the tracking link will be sent directly from the deliverer Austrian post. (Please check your Spam / Junk folder). Please use the tracking link to follow the shipment process in order to find out the estimated arrival date of your shipment. In case that - contrary to our expectations - there is any problem with the delivery of the shipment, please get in contact with us immediately or please inform the recipient in the case of a different delivery address. This way a chargeable return consignment can be avoided.
Note: The postal codes which are shown in the shipment process are only for the internal use of the deliverer.
