Delivery period:normally 3-6 working days. We will ship your order within 1-3 working day(s), the subsequent postal delivery time is normally about 2-3 working days. However, due to the high volume of parcels and the limited capacity in the distribution centres of the delivery staff, there may be delays with shipments due to seasonal fluctuations: In accordance with § 7a KSchG (Consumer Protection Act), the fulfilment period for contracts for goods is 30 days, which we reserve by promising a non-binding delivery period, as longer delivery times may occasionally occur due to incidents on the transport route (e.g. loss of the shipment, initiation of a shipment investigation, etc.).

We will inform you by email about the earliest possible pick-up date of your order. The goods need to be picked up within 6 working days within our opening hours.

The prices will stay the same as shown on the order confirmation and will not be adapted to our “Ex Works Prices”.

Claims Settlement

In the unexpected case of damage, please write to us within 5 working days of acceptance of the shipment, mentioning your customer number, at: online-shop@zotter.at

If the deadline of 5 working days is missed, or if there is a drop-off agreement between you and your delivery service, unfortunately no liability can be accepted according to the terms and conditions of the delivery service.

We reserve the right to return the claimed items.

Where is my shipment?

In case that your shipment is not traceable, we ask you to inform us that we are able to arrange an investigation.

As soon as an investigation is arranged, the deliverer is asked to search for the shipment and to deliver it where appropriate.

This should happen within a time period of 10 working days. According to our experience, we suggest to wait until this period run off because in most cases the parcels are delivered within this time.

If no delivery happens within this time period, we are happy to send you a replacement shipment or refund the order amount to the means of payment you used for your purchase.

If you do not want to wait for the expiry of the period of these 10 working days, we are also able to refund the order amount immediately to the means of payment you used for your purchase.

In case that we refund you the money and the primary shipment will be delivered also, we are forced to reinvoice the products you got to your side or we have to ask you to send back the products to our address on your costs.

Prices are shown including the legal sales tax of the respective EU country of delivery. By default, the Austrian VAT rate of 10% or 20% is initially displayed in the online shop. The tax rate is adjusted on the invoice.

In case of indication of a valid VAT number, we will check the validity during the order process and deduct the VAT charges manually if applicable.

Deliveries outside the EU members; except Switzerland and Liechtenstein

Shipping outside the EU member states is possible to the following countries in addition to Switzerland and Liechtenstein (subject to restrictions due to summer temperatures, see delivery info):

Due to administrative reasons implied by Brexit, we currently do not ship to the United Kingdom.
