The Oeuvretto is like music for the palate. It’s composed from an apricot bar filled with a homemade pumpkin seed praline featuring chopped pumpkin seeds. Atop, an almond marzipan roll with a crispy almond brittle, and in between, a soft pink raspberry bonbon with a refreshing and very berry raspberry filling. The Oeuvretto is dipped in white chocolate, with red stripes made from a delicious raspberry couverture.
