The blend: the finest Arabica coffee beans from Colombia, Mexico, Peru and Ethiopia, with a pinch of Robusta from India to encourage a beautiful crema. Espresso with little acidity and lots of aroma.

Gentle, slow roast at our very own in-house coffee roastery
These coffee beans are roasted very slowly and for a long time at a low temperature in small, 25-kilo batches. We roast them past the second crack, resulting in a coffee with very little acidity but loads of body and aroma. Coffee is full of natural flavours, and a gentle, slow roast at low temperatures allows the Arabica to develop its full, broad flavour profile.
