At the Edible Zoo, we keep our Wagyu, Angus and Murbodner cattle outside all year round so they get plenty of exercise. Our pastured pigs are also raised in an animal-friendly manner – they are able to wallow in the forest mud and can enjoy roaming our beautiful grounds all year round. We have Mangalitza pigs, Edelschwein pigs, Swabian-Hall swines as well as Duroc pigs, and you can visit them all at our Edible Zoo.
