A classic smoked sausage, air-dried, using 100% organic meat from pigs and cattle raised at our Edible Zoo on pastures with tons of space to roam. Enjoy cold, as a perfect snack to take on hikes, mountain tours or even just as a well-deserved break from your workday.

Handmade at our glass-walled meat workshop, which you can visit when you drop by the Zotter Experience World.
At our Edible Zoo, you can also drop in on our Mangalitza, Duroc and Swabian-Hall pigs as well as our Wagyu, Angus and Murbodner cattle, which enjoy lots of freedom to graze on our outside pastures all year round. Alongside the 27 hectares of organic farm open to our visitors, we also run a further 69 hectares on our neighbouring organic satellite farms. We use those as part of a rotational grazing system for many animals that are also free to roam far and wide.
