Our pure cheese choc makes a comeback: a sweet cheese ganache created with cheese spread made by organic cheese dairy Deutschmann, enhanced with a bit of apple cider vinegar, almond praline and white chocolate. It’s dipped in milk chocolate with an astonishing 60% cacao content. This was Julia Zotter’s favourite chocolate as a child.
