Inspired by traditional Austrian apricot dumplings: a fruity, subtly sweet apricot marzipan with lots of small bits of apricot and a strong fruity tanginess accompanied by a tender-melting almond praline, elevated with Bourbon vanilla and finished with a bit of white chocolate and some crunchy waffle brittle. The filling is wrapped in a thin white chocolate coat and dipped in milk chocolate with a 40% cacao content. Fruity, refreshingly tangy and tendermelting!
