Spring is in the air: a flowery elderflower layer with a homemade elderflower syrup, added to some white chocolate, lemon couverture, a spritz of lemon juice and fresh mint, combined with a soft marzipan layer, turned gently boozy with Zotter’s own white wine and pomace brandy, and it’s coated in milk chocolate with a 50% cacao content.
