An homage to the famous apricot orchards around Vienna, which will awaken some fruity desires: a fruity apricot layer enhanced with apricot brandy, sitting atop a marzipan layer with a generous dash of some more apricot brandy and some chopped apricots. The whole thing is coated in an exquisite milk chocolate with a 40% cacao content.
