A milk chocolate created by us as a single origin chocolate with a 45% cacao content. The cocoa beans are cultivated by the Coas cooperative in the south of Peru. It consists of 500 small farms, and the indigenous Asháninka, who specialise in organic Fair Trade cacao, produce a cacao which is absolutely outstanding in its quality and aroma profile and which we turn into a sweet milk chocolate by adding organic Tyrolean mountain milk, genuine vanilla and some sugar.

Taste notes: sweet and milky, creamy, milky caramel, mild, spicy notes of cinnamon (butter biscuit with a hint of cinnamon), finish of sweet caramel with a pinch of salt
