All of Ecuador appreciates the floral character of its traditional Cacao Nacional. It is a bean which has been cultivated in Manabi for a very long time. We combine this rare floral Cacao Nacional with high-quality organic mountain milk from Austria’s Tyrol region as well as raw cane sugar to create a high-percentage milk chocolate with a rich 50% cacao content.
