The all-rounder: a dry white wine with an aroma combination of herbs, nettles and elderflower, supported by notes of peach. It's well structured and complex on the palate, with a well-integrated acidity and accompanied by pleasant hints of vanilla, with a hearty, concentrated and juicy finish. A beautiful representative of its kind, doing justice to a form of winemaking practiced over generations.
