The balanced one: Souvignier Gris from the small Silberberger oak barrel, matured for 18 months. An inviting Burgundy character, supported by an exotic scent. Supported by fine roast aromas, the notes of fruit become more intense on the palate. A harmonious dance of subtle acidity and a juicy, fresh body make it go down very pleasantly. Even when young, this long-lasting wine is an absolute joy to drink. For wine aficionados, experimenters, and hands-down wine nerds.
Awarded Silver at the 2026 Austrian PIWI Wine Awards.
