Strawberry Endorphin: a fruity strawberry ganache with a dash of lemon in a white chocolate ball, which has been rolled in strawberry couverture and strawberry sugar.
Coconut Endorphin: creamy filling made from Caribbean-hot coconut couverture, inspired with a dash of lemon juice, inside a dark chocolate ball, which is rolled in coconut couverture.
Passion Fruit Endorphin: a smooth ganache made from fruit-explosive passion fruit couverture is filled in a fine dark chocolate ball and then rolled in the colourful passion fruit couverture.
Caramel Endorphin: a white chocolate shell powdered with ground coffee and filled with a sweet caramel and chocolate mousse.
Honey Endorphin: a delicious honey ganache with caramel couverture in a milk chocolate ball, which is rolled in caramel couverture.
Pumpkin Seed Endorphin: green pumpkin seed praline is unique and unlikely to have been invented by anyone other than a Styrian chocolatier. Pumpkin seed oil is also in this white chocolate ball, which has been thoroughly rolled in pumpkin brittle.
