These attractions await you:

  • The farm restaurant "Essbar" (Edible) – The most extraordinary restaurant which you have ever visited. Enjoy food directly from our own meadows in the middle of nature! Including live cooking and a large outdoor dining area in the herb bed. Eating & Drinking at Zotter 
  • Animals – sheeps, goats, Highland cattles, Old Styrian chicken and many more. New inhabitants: Kangaroos, Alpacas and Ostriches! Our animals
  • Talking birdhouses - at 99 different spots, "talking birdhouses" inform in 9 languages about animals, plants and other highlights within the edible zoo. Take part in our competition, answer the quiz and win a Zotter chocolate subscription. The drawing takes part two times a year. More information at the theatre ticket counter.

  • Mother-in-Law’s Garden - Where toxic and medical plants sprout
  • Golden Photo Shooting Riegersburg - Take your panorama photo of the famous castle in the XXL-frame.
  • Photovoltaic mover – The Edible Zoo is completely energy self-sufficient. The park is supplied by a large photovoltaic installation with nine photovoltaic tracking panels. They follow the sun like sunflowers and produce more than 100,000 kilowatts per year.
  • Sun terrace - Enjoy the sun and the panoramic view
  • Interactive children’s kitchen - Kids can play and learn where our food comes from.
  • Herbal wall - our herbs grow on the frontage of the house - this is the architecture for the third millennium.

  • The cemetery of ideas – The strangest cemetery of the world. Sepp Zotter has set gravestones for past chocolate varieties and ideas. It all ends here or starts again.
