A dark chocolate with the most sublime Semuliki signature cacao from Latitude in Uganda. After the roasting process, we’ve marinated the cacao beans in rum for two whole months. And not just any rum, but Ron Johan Rum by David Gölles, created in the Austrian region of Styria. After the two months, the cacao is re-roasted, whereby the alcohol dissipates but the rum aroma remains! It's a chocolate innovation featuring the finest rum aroma without the added hangover. Refined with 30% homemade pecan praline, made out of pecans caramelised in maple sugar, which adds mild notes of caramel to the mix.
