A nutty hazelnut praline created directly at our in-house factory with dark roasted hazelnuts, alongside some hazelnut pulp and a bit of dark chocolate with 70% cacao power. It’s enhanced with a refreshing dash of verjus. Verjus originates in France and is made by pressing green, unripe grapes and resembles an alcohol-free lemon wine. This is a deliciously sweet and vegan praline mousse.
