A regional specialty sausage made from sublime organic pork and beef from our Edible Zoo, where our happy animals are free to roam outside all year round. It has a lovely coarse structure and is produced like a »Polish Special«, whereby »special« means high-quality organic meat and delicious flavour. Our cured sausage is smoked, boiled, gently roasted and subsequently air-dried in order to mature – this process gives it its intense flavour.

Ingredients: pork°(50%), pork fat° (25%), beef°(20%), nitrite curing salt (sea salt, preservative: sodium nitrite), rock salt, spices°, garlic°, raw cane sugar°, dextrose°, acidity regulator: trisodium citrate, acerola fruit powder° (acerola fruit components°, maltodextrin°), natural beech smoke.
