A rustic, satisfyingly chunky liver pâté made with the finest organic liver, meats and bacon from our healthy, happy and pasture-raised pigs at the Edible Zoo. Our Mangalitza, Swabian-Hall and Duroc pigs enjoy a lot of space, can run around, wallow in mud, and generally grow up in an environment that caters to their needs. This of course means they are not preventively treated with antibiotics. Our organic liver pâté is enhanced with onions, garlic and a range of spices such as marjoram, and is homemade in our meat manufactory.
