Authentically Styrian: an organic sausage with pumpkin seeds, a Styrian specialty. Made with sublime organic pork and beef from our own animals at the Edible Zoo. Our happy animals are free to roam outside all year round and have lots of space to move. Our cured sausage is smoked, boiled, gently roasted and subsequently air-dried in order to mature – this process gives it its intense flavour. A delicious specialty sausage created at our in-house sausage manufactory.

Ingredients: pork°(44%), beef°(24%), pork fat°, water, pumpkin seeds°(4%), nitrite curing salt (sea salt, preservative: sodium nitrite), rock salt, spices°, garlic°, raw cane sugar°, dextrose°, acidity regulator: trisodium citrate, acerola fruit powder° (acerola fruit ingredients°, maltodextrin°), natural beech smoke.
