A first-class bonbon with an exhilarating aroma interplay between coffee and caramel: a sublime caramel layer on a coffee and almond praline, enclosed in a coffee couverture which develops an excellent coffee flavour and lends a touch of excitement to this delicious creation. The Arabica coffee beans we use are fair traded and are roasted in-house at Zotter’s and then ground and processed into coffee couverture, bean to bar, producing this bonbon’s genius coffee push.
