A sublime creation with a refreshingly delicate quince jelly. A quince ganache made with quinces from our own gardens accompanied by an almond marzipan layer with sea buckthorn juice and a delicate quince jelly in the middle. The entire delicacy is coated in dark chocolate with a 70% cacao content.
