A sublime rhubarb gelee underneath a creamy skyr layer created with the Icelandic version of sour milk yogurt, enhanced with vanilla and a dash of lemon. At the bottom, a creamy avocado milk chocolate mousse, a fine, non-sweet contrast to the fruity, pillow-soft rhubarb skyr. Covered all over in delicious milk chocolate.
