The alcohol-free variation: verjuice is grapejuice derived from young, green grapes. It has a refreshingly tangy flavour. Tement’s verjuice flows into a chocolate filling created with sweet caramel couverture, white chocolate and a touch of hazelnut praline. It’s framed in a wafer-thin layer of dark chocolate and coated in a high-percentage, only mildly sweet milk chocolate with a surprisingly high 60% cacao content.
