With 60% of cacao content this soft and dark chocolate distinguishes itself through significantly more chocolate aroma than other dark couvertures of that kind. The exotic aromas of the cacao beans are activated with the help of a cacao content of 60%. Coupled with raw cane sugar and pure cocoa butter.
In order to avoid packaging waste, we have done away with any additional stabilising plastic covers. Should your fine flavour couverture break during transport, we will not exchange it, as the couverture can still be used for baking as normal, without any loss of quality or restriction of use. Our couvertures are a top ingredient even when broken. We appreciate your understanding - your Zotter artisans.
