A cheese sausage made from organic, aromatic Tyrolean mountain cheese, matured a minimum of 8 months. The carefully selected organic pork and beef come from our own animals at the Edible Zoo. This cured sausage is smoked, boiled, gently roasted and subsequently air-dried in order to mature. A delicious sausage specialty created at our in-house meat manufactory using delicious mountain cheese with an intense flavour.
We use 150g sausage mixture to produce 100g of sausage.
