A regional specialty sausage made from sublime organic pork and beef from our Edible Zoo, where our happy animals are free to roam outside all year round. It has a lovely coarse structure and is produced like a »Polish Special«, whereby »special« means high-quality organic meat and delicious flavour. Our cured sausage is smoked, boiled, gently roasted and subsequently air-dried in order to mature – this process gives it its intense flavour.
We use 150g sausage mixture to produce 100g of sausage.
