Milk Chocolate 50% filled with cranberries ganache and pumpkin seeds marzipan
Featuring of course that delicious Styrian specialty – pumpkin seeds – cocooned in a soft, rich green marzipan layer enhanced with liquid pumpkin seed marrow. This sits on a crimson red and tender mousse made from cranberry couverture and cranberries with an amazing fruity-tangy cranberry flavour.
It's coated in milk chocolate with a 50% cocoa content, which we produce, bean-to-bar, at our Styrian in-house chocolate factory.
Created for Steiermark Tourismus (Tourism Styria) to celebrate 50 years since the creation of the iconic Green Heart.
