Beef mince from our own organic cattle at the Edible Zoo, deglazed with red wine (with the alcohol having evaporated during the cooking process). It comes in a sublime tomato sauce with onions, carrots and celery according to the season, all from our own gardens, with a pinch of ginger, garlic, a dash of soy sauce and some homegrown herbs.
At our Edible Zoo, there are a variety of cows like Wagyu, Angus, Murbodner and Highland cattle. Our animals are thriving happily outside and are grass-fed. You can see for yourself how they’re doing when you visit us at the Edible Zoo.
